Virginia G. Alvarez

Virginia G. Alvarez is the founding member of the firm. Ms. Alvarez attended Pennsylvania State University-University Park where she received her Bachelor's of Science in Psychology. She then went on to earn her Masters of Arts from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and earned her Juris Doctorate at Touro Law Center. While attending law school, Ms. Alvarez won a number of awards including the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Oral Advocacy as well as the Family Law Clinic . She was President of the Touro Women's Bar Association for two terms having previously held the position of Treasurer. Ms. Alvarez was a Lieutenant Governor for the American Bar Association Student Division.

Ms. Alvarez began her legal experience while in law school through numerous internships including one with the United States Attorney's Office Eastern District-Civil Office in Brooklyn, New York as well as in the corporate setting. She began her legal career in a Long Island firm moving to practice in New York City. Ms. Alvarez having earned the respect of her colleagues and clients through her practice decided to start this law firm in order to provide unparalleled and superior legal representation to her clientele.

Ms. Alvarez endeavors to give back to the community she seeks to serve through her commitment to philanthropy. Further she is a member of the New York County Lawyer's Association, Queens County Bar Association and the Penn State Golden Lions.

Ms. Alvarez is admitted into the New York State Courts and the United States District Court of the Eastern District of New York.

Ms. Alvarez handles all types of legal matters including but not limited to Matrimonial/ Family Law and Criminal defense. She also performs legal services in Wills & Estates, Real Estate, Civil Litigation and Commercial Law.
